Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator, the role is to support the maintenance and customization of Equifax’s customer and consumer service platforms within Europe. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting the business users and helping maintain high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, challenging environment supporting the client and consumer interfaces within Equifax’s Salesforce platform.

What You Will Do

Act as a system administrator across Equifax EU Salesforce platforms, with ownership of BAU tasks and support requests. Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, including Flow automation, custom objects, and security settings.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Salesforce Administration, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce Flow (Process Builder/Workflow migration experience preferred).
• Proficiency in building advanced reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics.
• A proven track record of solving business problems through declarative (non-code) solutions first.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An excellent understanding of Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.
• Declarative design and build of custom Salesforce Lightning applications.
• Salesforce API configuration, REST, SOAP, BULK API.
• Data Loader / Salesforce Inspector.
• Experience in a first or second-line Salesforce role.
• Comfortable taking ownership of BAU issues and leading technical resolution.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams with Jira/Confluence.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
