Head, Marketing & Corporate Communications (Lagos)

The Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, oversee premium lifestyle initiatives, and ensure that every customer touchpoint reflects the Group’s positioning as a leader in the luxury and premium segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Minimum of 13 years of cognate experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications
• At least 3 years in a strategic and/or senior leadership role, with demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive organisational-level marketing initiatives or business leadership role within: Lifestyle & Consumer Goods, Hospitality & Luxury Services, Retail & Fashion, Real Estate & Property Development, Financial Services & Wealth Management, Media, Entertainment & Creative Industries.
• M.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or MBA (preferred)
• Professional certifications in Marketing, PR, or Brand Management such as CIM, CIPR, etc
