Role Overview
Act as the primary FP&A business partner for the Skincare Cluster, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support.
What You Will Do
Lead the regional monthly Estimate cycle, coordinate Long Range Planning submissions, and maintain visibility of regional CAPEX performance.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial planning
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience managing multi-country or regional planning processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge (OneStream experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence
