Role Overview
Eudia is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our growing People & Talent team. This role brings HR operations, onboarding, and payroll together in one seat.
What You Will Do
Own Rippling as our people platform end to end, manage payroll operations accurately and on time, and partner with People & Talent Lead and Finance on approvals.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or people systems
- Hands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS
- Experience running new hire onboarding and orientation
- Working knowledge of payroll operations and payroll tax registrations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential employee and compensation data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
