Financial Operations Analyst – Funds Distributions

Role Overview

The Financial Operations Analyst will be responsible for liaising with Transfer Agents and Fund Management companies, processing transaction commissions, and maintaining data integrity within internal systems. The role requires a strong foundation in investment funds, market specifics, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

The Financial Operations Analyst will perform tasks such as transaction commissions processing, reconciliation follow-up, payments, and reporting. The role also involves setting up Trailer Fees & Platform Fees agreements, calculation, reporting, payment, and cash investigation.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of industry experience related to financial services operations
• Understanding of investment operations and operational excellence
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in additional languages (French) is preferred
• Well-developed organizational and critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities
• Detail oriented, excellent accuracy skills
• Good understanding in mutual fund and hedge fund
