Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting within the healthcare sector, focusing on public and private care homes and support organisations across the UK.
What You Will Do
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities, engage with key decision-makers, qualify prospects, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Lead Generation, or similar outbound sales role
- Proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience generating and qualifying leads within a B2B environment
- Confident engaging senior decision-makers over the phone
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working with rejection
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
