Requirements

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Develop training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Product teams
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions
  • Track training effectiveness
  • Maintain training records, documentation, and reports
  • Provide coaching and mentoring
