Product Manager, Growth

Role Overview

As the PM for Growth at Factory, you’ll own our overall approach to get users active and productive on the platform. You’ll be responsible for our activation metric: how do we measure what it means to be an activated user, and how do we get more users to that point and beyond.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the roadmap for multiple major areas of our product, partner closely with customers and work closely with data to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements, work with engineering and research to ship features that keep Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles, including a deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role
• Experience leading Growth teams in an Enterprise context, bringing a fast-paced and scientific mindset to product development.
• Strong technical foundation, with experience partnering closely with engineering teams to design, build, and ship complex technical products.
• Proven ability to drive product launches, from concept through release, with evidence of meaningful user adoption or commercial impact.
• Actively engaged with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends through hands-on experimentation.
