AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and product delivery, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and seeing them through to resolution
  • Generating referrals by promoting core products, services, and digital tools
  • Following established protocols to prevent fraud and risk
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to payments, interest, and account changes
  • Renewing operating line of credit
  • Managing invoices, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating loan file record retention
