Requirements
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and seeing them through to resolution
- Generating referrals by promoting core products, services, and digital tools
- Following established protocols to prevent fraud and risk
- Addressing customer inquiries related to payments, interest, and account changes
- Renewing operating line of credit
- Managing invoices, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating loan file record retention
