Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will support the organization through data analysis, reporting, and business insights that help drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business initiatives and decision making.

Requirements

• Must currently live within commutable distance to our Reidsville, NC facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, sales analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
