Requirements
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain financial models
- Analyze performance across a multi-brand, multi-state structure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement
- Build detailed P&L forecasts, scenario planning tools, and ROI models for new store openings, menu innovations, and promotional activity
