Product Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Marketplace Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Fever’s Back Offices, operational monitoring, cross-team coordination, API integrations maintenance, and team alignment and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks
• High level of English and Spanish (required)
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.)
