The Director of Content Marketing will lead the team in crafting the overall vision, strategy, and direction for content marketing, guiding the implementation of the marketing content strategy in B2B and B2C channels, and delivering the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, acquisition of new business, increase investor and advisor engagement, and promote Fidelity’s brand, products, and services.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in marketing or communications function
- 5 years of experience leading 1 or 2 marketing functions and growing a high-performing marketing team
- B2B and/or B2C marketing and communications experience, ideally in asset management, wealth management, or financial technology
- Campaign planning and strategy, including product launches and sales enablement
- Digital marketing experience
