Role Overview

Drive the continued growth and evolution of the FINEOS Partner Program, identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that extend the value of FINEOS AdminSuite and enhance experiences across the employee benefits lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Own Partner Hub opportunities from strategy and partner identification through evaluation, commercial agreement, product alignment, launch, and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits market
  • Significant experience in enterprise software, insurance technology, employee benefits, healthcare technology, HR technology, or a comparable B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success identifying, evaluating, negotiating, launching, and managing strategic partnerships and integrated solutions
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, influence product roadmaps, and secure prioritization for partner-enabled capabilities and integrations
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations and working effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership

Benefits

  • Salary range – $150,000 – $175,000
