First Circle is hiring a Head of Sales Operations to lead and scale the operational backbone of their sales organization. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and is a proven operator who can roll up their sleeves to make things happen.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related function
- Proven track record of scaling sales ops in a fast-growing organization with a large (100+) sales team
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building models, dashboards, and making data-driven recommendations
- Experience evaluating and implementing CRM and sales tech platforms
- Strong communication skills — can translate operational complexity into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience working in the Philippines market is a plus but not required
