Senior Lead FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

As a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for the Chief Technology Office. You will partner with technology and finance leaders to translate financial results into clear business insights, coordinate planning targets, and support investment decisions.

What You Will Do

Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and close reporting for the Chief Technology Office. Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis across plan, forecast, and actual results for key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance role.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario-planning skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations, communicate with senior leaders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
