As a Customer Experience Manager at Five Below, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, leading front-end operations, and performing store manager duties. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising crew members, as well as maintaining store cleanliness and performing store maintenance tasks.
