Part Time Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Part Time Sales Lead ensures all crew members are providing excellent customer service, trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and oversees the daily activities of all store associates. They also assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock, and manage the process of opening or closing the store.

What You Will Do

The Part Time Sales Lead will drive store sales, control expenses, and support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates. They will also perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements
