Fivetran is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to join their Denver team. The role will involve overseeing the recruitment, performance, and culture of the Commercial Business Development team, as well as implementing strategic tactics for inbound and outbound business development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing BDR/SDR teams, a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, and proficiency with Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1+ years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- 2+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement.
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Able to navigate change and uphold an optimistic perspective within fast-paced, target-driven work environments.
- Proficient with Salesforce.
