Staff Systems Engineer – GTM

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to help evolve their Salesforce CRM, enabling rapid data access for their global customer base. The role involves leading complex Salesforce implementations, cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and ensuring technical excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with in-person collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Strong understanding of business processes and cloud costs
• Experience in managing complex Salesforce solutions
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems (APIs, middleware)
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps practices
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
