Business Development Manager (Web3 & DeFi) for a deep tech startup building AI infrastructure for blockchain and Web3. The role involves securing DeFi partnerships, pipeline conversion, deal negotiation, and maintaining ecosystem credibility in the Asian Web3/DeFi space.

Requirements

  • Secure DeFi Partnerships: Close at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership per month.
  • Pipeline Conversion: Convert a massive DeFi lead list into signed agreements via warm introductions and existing credibility.
  • Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle and negotiate complex Web3 deal structures, including retainer and success-based terms.
  • Ecosystem Credibility: Minimum 1 year deeply embedded in the Asian Web3/DeFi space.
  • Active Network: Strong, existing relationships with regional DeFi protocols, businesses, or institutional players.
  • Closing Experience: Proven track record closing and supporting B2B deals and partnerships in a tech or crypto context.
  • Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of Web3 deal structures and how partnerships are typically structured in the DeFi space.
