Our client is a deep tech startup building AI infrastructure for blockchain and Web3, seeking a Business Development Manager to secure DeFi partnerships, convert lead lists, and manage sales cycles.
Requirements
- Secure DeFi Partnerships: Close at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership per month.
- Pipeline Conversion: Convert a massive DeFi lead list into signed agreements via warm introductions and existing credibility.
- Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle and negotiate complex Web3 deal structures, including retainer and success-based terms.
