Role Overview
Lead and evolve the FP&A function, supporting PlaceMakers. Reporting to the CFO, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real opportunity to make an impact.
What You Will Do
Take ownership of FP&A across NZ Distribution, including financial strategic planning models, budgeting and rolling forecast processes, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Requirements
- CAANZ membership or an equivalent professional qualification
- At least eight years’ experience in financial planning or corporate finance roles
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams through change
- Strong commercial acumen and business-partnering capability
- Advanced financial modelling, presentation, analysis, and reporting skills
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as TM1, SAP, and Power BI
