Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships. The role offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at senior levels
