Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to maintaining and developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive tailored technology solutions that support their growth.
What You Will Do
Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with technical teams to deliver value-led outcomes, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, and identifying, upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

2 plus years of experience within IT Sales, MSP sales or Technology Account Management, proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts, and excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience within IT Sales, MSP sales or Technology Account Management
- Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
- Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and verbal exchanges with prospects and customers
- Confident to business network on a formal and informal basis
- Full UK Driving Licence
