Data Scientist – Forecasting & Optimization

Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We’re looking for a Data Scientist to optimize operator assignment, manage FX treasury strategies, forecast core KPIs, and guide budget allocation decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science role.
• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Solid foundation in forecasting, statistics, and data modeling.
• Experience applying data to marketing or growth use cases (segmentation, experimentation, campaign optimization).
