Seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team and lead a small team of financial analysts, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of financial data presented to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance
- At least 3-5 years in FP&A
- Proven experience in team management in a high-performance context
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Data visualization and BI skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
