Senior Product Manager — Predictive Growth (pLTV)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Flo’s predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV) platform across iOS, Android, and Web. The successful candidate will drive accuracy improvements, expand feature coverage, and extend prediction horizons, while partnering with data scientists and engineers on feature strategy and operating rigorous release discipline.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning machine-learning or data-driven products in production
• Hands-on delivery instincts
• Strong analytical fluency
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Working knowledge of mobile and web user acquisition
• Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms and modern measurement frameworks
• Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and feature stores
