Finance Manager – FP&A

Join Flywire as a Finance Manager – FP&A, EMEA, to drive the region’s continued growth and develop actionable strategies that enhance revenue and operational efficiency. Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver ROI analyses, financial models, and insights into financial performance. Develop scalable financial models, analyze financial performance, and identify trends to improve results.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent) or undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of finance FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-paced Tech or Fintech environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong systems and data analytic capabilities
  • Proficiency with ERP and EPM systems (e.g. Workday, NetSuite, Adaptive) and BI tools (e.g. Looker) is highly regarded, as is exploration of AI related tools
