Role Overview
Join the finance team at the Chicago Assembly Plant as we accelerate the digital transformation of plant finance operations. The role delivers real-time financial insight to the operating management committee across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
What You Will Do
Develop and analyze a daily manufacturing cost package, support month-end close, build and maintain KPI dashboards, lead monthly forecasting and annual budget development, and participate in audits and internal control assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
