The Ford Customization Marketing and Events Manager will lead the Ford Customization Events strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing strategy, driving the end-to-end execution of events and delivering annual FCG volume targets.

Requirements

  • Lead the Ford Customization Events strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing strategy.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Marketing & Events team.
  • Lead messaging strategies and annual marketing plans for Ford Customization, ensuring brand integration across various marketing event channels.
  • Manage the comprehensive Events strategy and budget that include full activation events and secondary tier events.
  • Manage maintenance of the FCG website and B2B SharePoint/FMCDealer sites, ensuring creative assets are accurate and posted on time.
  • Lead and develop a team of GSR and Agency employees through project delegation, coaching, and time management.
