Vice President Go-to-Market Leader

Duties:

  • Market Strategy & Definition: Define and shape AI service offerings based on deep market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client needs.
  • Evangelism & Relationship Building: Act as a top evangelist for AI practice, delivering presentations and thought leadership to C-level executives, industry events, and client meetings. Build and nurture a network of key relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Business Development: Partner with sales, AI Lab solutions, and delivery teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Lead strategic conversations with clients, translate their business challenges into clear AI opportunities, and help close critical deals.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors (e.g., cloud providers) and other consulting firms to expand market reach and capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the presales and solutions teams, including AI Solutions Leaders, to ensure alignment with GTM strategy and to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in a senior GTM, business development, or strategic leadership role within the technology or consulting industry, with some focus on AI/ML.
  • Market Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the AI landscape, including current trends in machine learning, generative AI, and data platforms. Strong understanding of the consulting business model is essential.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable and credible when engaging with C-suite and executive-level audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute complex GTM strategies that drive tangible revenue growth and market share.
  • Network: Established professional network within the technology and AI sectors is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
