Senior Manager, Analytics Strategy & Operations (Contractor)

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Gaming, Platform, and Publishing Analytics function. This role will partner with Staff-level ICs to evolve the vision for the team, drive the strategic alignment and delivery of all analytics initiatives, and enable smarter decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years focused on mobile games
• Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills
• Familiar with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results to optimize performance
• Experience managing and supporting analysts and building a high-performance, data-driven team culture
