Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner, delivering financial insights, strategic analysis and financial recommendations that support profitable growth and informed decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

Analyze and explain P&L variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year results, providing actionable insights to management. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance or a related financial discipline
• Experience supporting business leaders through financial analysis and strategic decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Analysis for Office, and business intelligence tools is preferred
