The Project Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Foundation for California Community Colleges’ Communications and Marketing Services team, combining strategic marketing expertise, content development, proactive project management, and strong stakeholder communication to support assigned FoundationCCC program portfolios.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, project management, content creation, and strategic campaign planning
  • Familiarity with California Community Colleges or higher education marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content strategy skills for various media formats
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, feedback, approvals, and competing priorities across multiple complex projects
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and related campaign management tools
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SproutSocial, or similar platforms to assess performance and inform strategy
