Founders Forum is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to help secure and onboard new commercial partnerships, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role will involve working in a deadline-oriented environment, handling tasks such as customer service, financial reporting, and Salesforce administration.
Requirements
- Identify, secure and onboard new commercial partnerships for Founders Forum
- Proactively research and generate new leads to secure partnerships in new and expanding products
- Organise and manage information related to partners within our backend systems (salesforce)
- Work with the team to enable events for our global community, ensuring smooth delivery
- Proactively contribute to the optimisation of current processes
- Coordinate and manage various communication across relevant departments
- Act as a key support for the Partnerships Team and wider events team
