We are seeking a VP of Business Development to prospect and acquire new Enterprise clients, leveraging our global presence to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CX industry, strong sales performance, and a proven track record of developing innovative strategies and solutions.
Requirements
- Develop client-specific and vertical strategies to win new business (logos) in Enterprise space.
- Generate leads and prospect new business (logo) opportunities leveraging social selling techniques, industry contacts, and core BPO and CX engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers and customer experience challenges.
- Manage a sales pipeline and ensure consistent progress and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
