We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to help scale Wavytalk’s retail footprint across the U.S. and build strategic partnerships with retailers like Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and more.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales and account management within a CPG, beauty, or personal care brand
- Proven success in managing retail accounts and opening new business within U.S. beauty, personal care, and wholesale retail channels
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contract terms and trade agreements
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies, including in-store and e-commerce coordination
- Proficiency with sales report systems, forecasting and sales pipeline management
