Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform that helps healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI). As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the full lifecycle relationship for a book of Enterprise customers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion while keeping customer outcomes at the center of every decision.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Strong consultative skills
• Data-driven and operationally excellent
• Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication
