Role Overview

The Senior Consultant in Revenue Cycle and Financial Operations within our Healthcare Business Transformation practice plays a key leadership role advising physician groups, health systems, private equity and technology companies on strategies to optimize financial performance and operating effectiveness across the revenue cycle.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end assessments of Revenue Cycle and Financial Operations, design transformation roadmaps, and lead implementation of process, policy, and governance changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
