Business Development Manager

Mintegral is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Seoul, South Korea. The role involves building relationships with direct advertisers and publishers, managing a pipeline of accounts, and achieving quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Passionate about mobile games
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile/online advertising
• At least 2 years’ experience working with mobile app developers is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
• Ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts
• Self-organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and perform under stress
• Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Excel, and Google Suite
• Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time
