Regional Sales Manager – APAC (Based in Singapore) – GlobalSales Pro is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Achieve and exceed regional quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise customers
- Drive CRM adoption and ensure forecasting rigor across the team
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives
- Report on regional performance and sales pipeline to senior leadership
