Investor Relations & Partnerships Associate

FPC is seeking a commercially driven Investor Relations & Partnerships Associate to support the growth of its capital base across both FPC products and portfolio companies. The role combines hands-on delivery with exposure to fundraising, partnerships, and investor strategy.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with an interest in strategic sales, marketing, and fundraising
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-starting, with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a lean team and contributing across multiple workstreams
