Onboard PSP companies, build and maintain integrations, own merchant accounts, and maintain risk registers. Responsible for reviewing financial conditions, handling partner requests, and resolving settlement delays. Must have experience in account management, payment processing, and risk and compliance frameworks. Fluent in Russian and English.
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding at a payment service provider, acquirer, or payment infrastructure company
- Solid understanding of payment processing: approval rates, acquiring, financial settlements, risk and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with merchant accounts and PSP relationships
- Comfortable working with dashboards and data: Excel at an intermediate level minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Resilient in ambiguity: able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
