Requirements

• Own and manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Support order processing, returns, deliveries, and tracking
• Maintain accurate customer records across CRM, online ordering, and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously enhance the customer experience
