Requirements
- Proficient in SQL with experience working on large, complex datasets
- Practical experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Solid experience in quantitative analysis (4–5 years) in tech or digital products
- Solid understanding of business metrics, especially monetization and performance tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid environment
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Analytical and detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Consistently identifies opportunities for growth and executes improvement plans
- Effective communicator, able to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who can also take ownership of tasks
