We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives and delivering client-value through industry expertise. The role involves driving the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closure and transition of new accounts to the account management team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process
  • Willingness to live within a commutable distance to one of our COE’s (center-of-excellence)
