Employer Marketing Lead

GCash is seeking an Employer Marketing Lead to lead project management for employer branding initiatives and related programs. The successful candidate will have a proven experience in project management for employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR programs. The role involves creating, curating, and overseeing recruitment marketing content, developing and implementing employer branding initiatives, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and program performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management for employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving employer branding content, campaigns, and professional networks.
• Advanced communication and writing skills with a track record of creating compelling content for diverse platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online community management.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools and analytics for campaign and project assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Background in fintech, technology, or fast-paced industries preferred.
