Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product, or lifecycle marketing
- Deep familiarity with DeFi, onchain trading products, or developer ecosystems
- Strong written communication skills; able to write crisp copy and compelling positioning for technical audiences
- Fluent across the modern AI stack and understand how to build AI-first marketing systems
- Comfort with data — you know how to measure what matters and make decisions from it
