Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Trainer supports the sales organization with initial onboarding, continuous sales training, best practice sharing, and additional sales support to maximize the success of our outside sales team.
What You Will Do
Builds and defines learning paths for initial onboarding and ongoing training programs across all field sales audiences, plans and participates in key activities, designs and implements metrics to measure enablement programs, and develops sales enablement tools and materials.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose positive business solutions

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with management at corporate and department levels
- Forward-thinking in implementing tools and techniques to improve performance
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Ability to collaborate within a team, managing team dynamics and relationships
- Strong partnership skills, across all levels of management, with ability to influence and challenge decisions and processes
